The watercolor raindrop design, surrounded by teal dotted fabric and natural cotton rope is machine quilted on my home sewing machine. No adhesive is used to attach the top fabric to the bottom coiled rope base. The quilting provides both dimension and sturdiness to the fabric and rope base.
