Blue Jay Bowl 12" long, 9" wide, 3 1/2" deep
This large handmade oval rope bowl is versatile and functional. It is designed for bird lovers. It features a vibrant fabric interior with two blue jays in a serene woodland setting. It includes handles for easy transport. This versatile oval bowl is perfect for various uses, such as organizing towels in the bathroom, or displaying cloth napkins on a dining table, plus a great catch all for items beside your chair. Ideal for adding a touch of nature to home decor by using it as a centerpiece on your coffee table, or organize writing essentials on your patio side table.
I use my home sewing machine to sew the rope into the bowl shape. I implement a channel quilting stitch to hold the center fabric to the base of the bowl and to add dimension at the same time. I do not use any adhesive to form the sides of the bowl or to glue the fabric to the bottom.
You can use a damp cloth to clean the bowl.
