Chickens Rope Bowl SIZE: 9 1/2" rim, 8" base, 2" depth
Bright red, white, and black colors make this bowl reminiscent of an old time farmhouse.
The rooster and hen are surrounded by cording and red decorative stitches in a checkered design. Place near a country kitchen towel upon a red gingham tablecloth.
I handmake my bowls by coiling the rope and sewing into place to form the shape. All of the excess threads are trimmed neatly off and the wrapped fabric has a "turned under" edge. The attention to details shows off my high quality workmanship.
