Embroidered Squirrel Fabric Basket SIZE: 8 1/2" rim, 7 1/2" base, 2" depth
Hurray for the squirrel! He makes such a festive design for your kitchen table. Give it as a hostess gift or take it to your office to show it off.
I have used American made natural cotton rope as the base of this bowl. I have used batik fabric in a warm honey brown, along with a dark coffee brown stitched accent for the sides. I have hand sewn an olive-green fabric yoyo to put behind the stitched acorn. I have made both the squirrel design and the stiff lace acorn on my home embroidery machine.
